Broken Wind Effect
INFO: I am currently using a legitimate CS4 masters collection. I am trying to use the wind effect to get a nice style going on for the forums myself and a few friends are making. Every time I now use the effect it never works as intended. It always goes into the text or layer. It was working...- Jawdan
