Overlay/Texture Question
Ok, so I have an image (a collage of magazine covers) that I want to overlay on another image (sidewalk) - now, I know there is an 'overlay' filter but it doesn't quite have the effect I am looking for (even when I mess with the opacity, which just fades the color and I don't want that)- I want...- Jeebs28
