    I just figured out the problem: I needed to go to the color palette and click on the foreground color. I don't understand how this happened, I guess it's just a Photoshop glitch.

    I'm using CS5, and I have always been able to change colors on text by simply selecting the type then clicking on a color from my swatch menu. Now I can't change the color without actually going into the the color menu of the character palette and selecting a color there. It's tremendously...
