    Canvas square

And that worked absolutely great! Thank you very much. Else it would be tons of work. @ Al the other repliers: Thanks all for thinking with me to find a solution.

    Canvas square

I must say I find it pretty hard to actually understand how ImageMagick works. There are so much files...

    Canvas square

Thanks for your replies. Hopefully this images clears it up for you: Left: The images how I got them, almost cropped to the edges of the image/product. The file has to be a square in order to be displayed properly on the website where I have to place them. Middle: What happens when I use the...

    Canvas square

I have a lot of images (around 850) that are not square, but I need them to be. Is there a way to make the canvas of each of them square, without stretching the images? I found this script, but I found some images stretched when I used it. It would be absolutely great if someone knows how to...

PSD to PDF with editable text

That's true, but the background (let's call it that way for now) is totally Photoshop-made. So that's not a vector, and I'm afraid there lies the problem. Create it new as vector (wouldn't even know how to) takes to much time at the moment, since it has to be ready a.s.a.p...

PSD to PDF with editable text

Inserting the main image merged in InDesign, then create the text as new layers in Indesign and saving it as PDF works! Exported it as 200 DPI, the file is now 49 MB and text is editable. But is there a way to make the file smaller (lets say less then 20 mb), without losing print quality?

PSD to PDF with editable text

Hello, I have some pretty large Photoshop files (PSD). The one who needs them wants them as PDF file, but the text has to be editable, since there have to be added some yet unknown numbers on it. First I sent hem PSD files, the images merged but the text still in loose layers, so that could...

    Exclude black background

Yes, that works indeed. Isn't there a way to make the way it looks in 'Screen', the way it looks when it's 'Normal'? (hope you get the question) Since I'd actually like to tweak it a little bit; I want the yellow-like color it has now to be more blue. If I change that via hue saturation, the...

    Exclude black background

I've made a nice effect on a render on a black backgrond. Is there a way to exclude the black, so only the actual image remains? Since it's some sort of fire-like effect, there's no way of only selecting the black and deleting in. Anyone tips?

A terrible mistake! RGB instead of CMYK

Hello again, thanks for all your reactions! You sure give me a lot to read. Not sure if I understand / interpretate everything the right way though. In my college I've learned to work with CMYK. We make lots of visual oriented reports and posters at school. They say you always have to use CMYK...

    Chinese ink brush font

Hello, I'd like to make some chinese characters that have an 'inky' style. Just a chinese font in that style would be fine too, but I guess that's not available. Does anyone have some advice how I can make something like this? It's just for around 12 different characters.

    Music for working

I guess the new Daft Punk album would be great as background music! Can't wait till I can drop it in the CD-player of my car.

    Hello from The Netherlands

Hello, I'm new on the forum. I'm using PS actually for a few years now. The first years just for fun, last three years also for my study Garden- and Landscape design. I'm trying to make a few labels for fireworks cakes for a friend of mine now. Further, as told: I'm from the Netherlands and...

A terrible mistake! RGB instead of CMYK

I see that as a new member I can't place links yet... It's a little against the rules, but since it's too big to upload via the forums so I hope this will do: www [dot] mijnbestand.nl/Bestand-PUEJBZWDS448.zip
