    Hi people!

    Hi there. I'd say I'm an intermediate web designer, with far more skills in html/css than photoshop...but I'm hoping to change that! Anyway, I'm trying to figure out how to make these borders you see here...but I'm not sure how to approach it. Any suggestions would be super appreciated...
