    How to get this effect...

    Hi, hope i'm posting this in the right place. I wouldn't particularly call myself a newbie to photoshop but I came across this photo and would love to know how to get the mixed colour tones http://i47.tinypic.com/2pyw0o0.jpg any help would be appreciated, colour balance just isn't working...
