    I am happy to report Wacom replied back to me and the problem is resolved. I was directed to delete the PS preference file and then to uninstall the tablet or any tablet device connected.     I hate to change out the card if I don't know that will correct the problem... I don't know anything about the inside of the computer, so I would have a shop do it, maybe Geek Squad. Very frustrating!

    I ran CS5 in compatibility mode for XP and had no difference in tablet/pen performance. Since the graphics card is integrated with the Motherboard does that mean I cannot install a different card?
