After Effects How to apply an effect to a layer style
I need to apply a noise effect to glow style layer so I can make it look like the text is becoming charged with electricity. The text starts to glow and gets staticy, know what I mean? Every time I try to apply the effect, it applies noise to the text itself instead of the glow. Thanks- jsmith@atomiklan.com
