    Lover shadow's opacities, also try using simple gradients with small color changes. First one lacks some detail, you could add some texture and set layer style to overlay or color burn lower opacity. Second one is too dark, maybe change color of "reaper" to white.

    Agreed image is too sharp it should look not so good in video version.

    Really like this one. For me it's a bit hard to see breakdancer, I even think that background is all over the place, to much detail in it.

    It's obviously a brush. Download some brushes from web. Paint - save as pattern.

    Go to Edit - Preferences - Performences. Play with control, replay if you something isn't creal.

    How to copy this kind of layer styles?

    First create adjestment layer, this layer will effect all the layer behind it. To use it on singular layer press alt and hover between adjestment layer and your layer, two circles appears click them.

    After Effects I need a critique!

    First it was confusing, then I laughed. Although it's hard to dislike a video with little children, but you should have worked more on the script, hard to understand what is going on, effects was mediocre but with time and prectise they will improve. 5/10 Next time try to embed video properly:
