    First you need to convert your picture in vector graphic then you can easily re-size your image to any size.

    I think you can use the Adobe Illustrator to convert bitmap or JPEG or PNG pictures in EPS or AI format which is also called the vector format. Vector image is the last moment in the logo designing and final step to save a picture in a vector graphic.

    Re: My picture looks fine in Photoshop, but when I post it onthe Web the colors are o I think you need to save your picture in vector format because in vector image quality remain same even you increase its size to any scale.
