Realtime Refraction in photoshop?
I know how to produce a refraction effect in photoshop cs3 but, is there a technique or plug-in that can be used to create a real time refraction that will adapt to the background image its refracting when ever its changed or moved. Or do I have to keep sampling the image I want to refract...- lh7007
