It's not your fault at all because my photo shows no detail, but the faces really don't look at all like the people that they are...

    Unfortunately this extremely low-res 2004 photo is the only version of it that I have, but I would just love for it to look like a high-res photo with clear faces. Can anything be done to restore it, or is that not possible? Willing to pay if anyone can do anything that looks real!
