Removing the frame and lenses. That part isn't too hard but the blending skin/hair color etc isn't my forte yet- LifeAfterWar

Assistance with this picture please
I just recently started using Photoshop and everytime I try to blend out the glasses I always seem to get a somewhat distinct fade at the areas where you can tell I tried to PS over them. I normally would just keep at it until I got it but I'm trying every which way to get it right before Monday...- LifeAfterWar
