    it looks like a graphic card issue, try to update your graphic card driver. if it won't solve the issue try to do the same in Safe-mode and see if it happens there as well. if updating the drivers did not help try to re-install the OS, and last resort will be replacing the graphic card. if you...

    first of all i created a new file, when you do, you can chose the the page size. other then that you can just go layer by layer (first to last this is the order i did things) and see what i did. if you want to know something about a specific layer let me know.

    i wanted to create a "summer" look, this way i wanted to go with bright colors. and as for the eyes i actualy made sure not to soften them when i was working on the skin, the only change made was a slight change of colors. i will try to avoid both in the future, thanks for your replay !

    it's impossible (at least for me) to fit everything you want in this banner. i toke the general idea and created something else (twice the size you wanted so you will need to re scale it to get the right size)
