reply 1. Duplicate the layer and then apply with Distort >> Difuse Glow (make sure the color is white) and you can adjust the amount of the effect 2. you can reduce the opacity to 70% if the effect is too bright 3. to focus the image, create a new flatten layer by use Ctrl+Shift+Alt+ N 4...- marioxiao
