    I am using photoshop. So I have a picture that is scaled to 3x4, but not 3x4. Sorry I worded it poorly above. When I drag and drop it to a 4x6 white layer, it stretches the height to fit the 4x6 frame. So my original 3x4 becomes a 4x5ish. Is there a way to make a picture exactly 3x4 inches...

    Thank you for replying man. I am not sure if it needs significant cropping. It's scaled right to 3x4 from Picasa and properly cropped. The problem I'm having is sitting it on top of a 4x6 white image without stretching it to fit the page.
