    Help with photo effect...I'm a newbie!

    I would like to be able to do the following on some photos I have. The link takes you to a picture of a couple on a beach, but I am interested in the right hand side of the photo where it washes out into white...I have looked for something to do this within photoshop but can't seem to find...
