Help with photo, probably really simple
When I try to create a new layer, the new layer via cut option isn't lit up. Not sure why that is, even when I unlock the background, it doesn't give me that option???- mreason711

Help with photo, probably really simple
Can anyone help me make this photo landscape and not portrait? Probably really simple, tried searching the forums and playing with photoshop, but need photo asap. It would involve rotating the two boxes on the photo. I have Photoshop Elements 11.- mreason711
