Selecting an area is CS4
I'm one of those people who uses Photoshop only if necessary since I mostly use MS Paint but it doesn't have proper Gridlines / transparency etc. So I'm really frustrated with CS4 right now since I can't manage to do a simple thing such as select an area of an image and move it around.
