    Hello Im a rookie in photoshop and need some help im using cc 2018 (and ocf i cant explain well) and i saw a video for making 3d box and there was a menu bar section called effect (3d Extrude & Bevel options) but in my cc 2018 wasnt such thing and i tried with 3d section but wasnt what i need...

    i follow what they say in troubleshoot i do a lot thing but not a clue some1 told maybe its cuz system dont have Microsoft visual c++ 2017 but i download that too nothing changed still have error
