    vectorized photo, what do you think?

    I have vectorized my g.f. photo, however the original photo was a not good quality. I have used an art filter, pen tool and web skin tones. if you know more ways to create an vectorized photos will be glad to hear.

    Hi from Israel

    Hi friends, I`m from Israel I started to learn work on photoshop few month ago. I`m electric engineer student also so I have only few hours in week to improve my skills however I really motivated for that. I will accept all the help and will be happy to help others if i could.
