    autostitch ;) Autostitch but you need several pictures taken from one point and autostitch will stitch it together ;)

    either its painted like the boy and the girl or it might be made by having a texture on blue/cyan surface with a gradient over and a layer of shark shadow beneeth ;) but i don't know exactly still pretty fresh
