Layering Maps

Adjusting Photoshops rulers
I'm scanning images at 300dpi for archival purposes. I notice that the rulers on the horizontal and vertical are not accurate. at 23% magnification I take a sheet of paper and measure it across the horizontal (top) rule and find that it is exactly 6 inches by that rule. When I turn the...- paarade
