    imporing workspace and location of script files

    I am new user to Photoshop CS5 and I have come across tutorial to import preset workspace. How do I import 3rd party wokspace in photoshop cs5 ? as I do not see under "edit" menu option for import. Secondly where the script files are stored? Likewise other type of files. Thank you,
