Illustrator How do I import Image Trace presets from CS5 to Illustrator CC?

I hope the have the full package in a few days to work properly. Thanks anyway for your suggestion. I guess I´ll try beforehand. Also to see before use if the tracing tool is very different from CS5 to CS6 to CC. Theory says it should be better; even if different, should be better .-)

Illustrator How do I import Image Trace presets from CS5 to Illustrator CC?

Maybe you´re right. I´m thinking about keep using Ai as a tracing tool. Just need to emulate my presets and save them again with the CC version (when I have it). And yes I´m not in the mood for an extra cost. Most of the times I trace my own drawings and do the cleaning work before too. Also I...

Illustrator How do I import Image Trace presets from CS5 to Illustrator CC?

Someone told me that there´s standalone applications for tracing, much better than Ai tracing tools like this one: http://vectormagic.com/desktop Any opinion as Mac users with it? Or with other similar applications? Thanks.

Illustrator How do I import Image Trace presets from CS5 to Illustrator CC?

Hi ALB68, thank you very much for your help. It seems I must do my presets again (not a huge number but need for specific projects) and save when I´ve the new Ai CC .-( Can´t understand why a good feature is missed in a newer app version!? Do you know if there´s a correspondent preset for the...

Illustrator How do I import Image Trace presets from CS5 to Illustrator CC?

I know how to safe and export Live Trace presets from Illustrator CS5 (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LzN38tNz70U). In a few days I´ll upgrade to the newest CC Illustrator, but I cannot find information on how to import the tracing presets I saved on my desktop, to the newest Ai CC. Is it not...

Photoshop for video: cannot complete rendering after a NIK filter applied.

Nik´s feedback: "As it turns out, the latest version of the Nik Collection is not optimized to process videos on Photoshop CC 2014 at the moment. However, please make sure that your Graphics Processing Unit (GPU) is up to date since HDR Efex Pro 2, Silver Efex Pro 2, Color Efex Pro 4 and Analog...

Photoshop for video: cannot complete rendering after a NIK filter applied.

I´ll share my test results. Thanks. Is there any dedicated Photoshop for Video Forum? I cannot find... No luck. With Apple Pro Res 422 LT the result is the same. Its maybe a Nik problem.

Photoshop for video: cannot complete rendering after a NIK filter applied.

Thank you. I´ll wait a bit more for any Nik support. Don´t know if there anything to do with video codecs/compression? I´m using a .mov (H.264) file from the camera without any transcode. Maybe I should transcode first the video file to a less compressed/delivery oriented format like Apple Pro...

Photoshop for video: cannot complete rendering after a NIK filter applied.

Works with single images with or without Smart Filter conversion. The problem is only to render a video sequence. Nik didn´t answer.

Photoshop for video: cannot complete rendering after a NIK filter applied.

Thank you for your interest in my problem. If one does´t convert the video sequence for Smart Filters, I guess any filter (Nik or not Nik) the filter will be applied just to the first frame of the sequence. Only after the conversion to Smart Filters one can apply a filter to the entire video clip.

Photoshop for video: cannot complete rendering after a NIK filter applied.

Hi, this my first post. I saw recently a video (YTube) with Scott Kelby called "7 Steps for Photographers on Editing Video in Adobe Photoshop CC". After importing a small 30 seconds sequence from a Canon 5DMIII, convert the sequence For Smart Filters and applied a NIK/Google filter (testes with...
