    i`m not sure what the cause was.. i just tried to resize a couple of images and didn't get that effect. The images though were not burned, which was the case with the example i gave... I`ll keep my eyes open though

    i used the healing brush on it... I managed to get rid of the junk using the blur tool. It's weird, CS4 never did that to images:rolleyes:

    Hello. I have noticed that when playing with some images (mostly low rez) i get this weird effect. Thing is i cannot use the healing brush to fix it either. Tired cloning, works somewhat but ruins my tones. Any idea what is happening here? Thanks
