    Please help! 27"x 40" movie poster resolution?

    Hello all! I am working on a movie poster design for an independent film maker. I've read that you really only need a resolution of 150 dpi or so to have a nice looking poster print. Is that correct? Wouldn't a resolution of 300 dpi be better? Especially if the viewers want to look closely...
