    Help creating a 3m/3m banner...

    You'll probably need to do your work in Illustrator. As it's a vector based program, size will be no issue. As long as you do the work proportional to the banner size (say, 3" X 3"), you can re-size your work to whatever size you need without any degradation in quality.
