If raw setting would be an issue, then it will affect all raw images. Why only selective ones are giving problems. And the same files, when I open with Nikon ViewNx - it does not show any pigmentation or discoloration. Any idea ?- Raj0410

No, it is not happening with all images. Only with a few of them. I did not reset camera raw setting at all. What could be the reason ?- Raj0410
