Illustrator warp tool size
It's an old post, but to add info for future viewers: You can easily resize and reshape the Warp Tool by holding Alt/Option key then clicking and dragging the cursor. Shift + Alt/Option + clicking and dragging the cursor will resize it proportionally- Retroker
