How to intensify the lights in a night picture of a city
Hi all, I'm very happy I've found this forum over the Internet! I'm guessing if anyone could help me with my issue... I'd like to increase the lights' intensity of a picture I took to the Manhattan skyline during late evening, creating halos around them I tried with the Gaussian Blur...- robaluva
