    here is what it says and no i have never used it or tryed anything like this.i am new. its width can be no greater than 200 pixels, the height no greater than 150 pixels, and the file size no more than 12 KB.

    yes thats what i would like.the forum i use says it cant be no more than 200pixels wide and 150 high.so it will have to be resized.if it will help any.

    i have been useing this av for a long time and a friend had a very small animated one like it with blinking eyes.the first picture is what i would like to have done but dont know how.the second one is what it looks like but it is to small.

    sorry for not being to clear. the original is 2288x1712,my site has a picture page and when you click it they all come up thumb nail,then when you click the thumb nail it opens it to the bigger picture which is 350x363 so it dont use much space on the site.i think what i am saying is i want to...
