    Hey you could probably hire somebody, for as cheap as $10-15 online. But if you could post the images, I could pop out the images working with a bit of it's lighting and focal.     Um... Make the cover, Use the Skew tool in "move". Just press CTR+left click and move it. pretty easy Please post the flat ebook cover, if you already made it. so i can do the skew effect on it.
