    Okay...let's try this way. 1. Separate the object from the background with lasso tool or pen tool 2. Use Filter>Sketch>Stamp ... adjust the light/dark balance and smoothness until it feels right to you 3. In this step, we fix the jagged line from the stamp effect by painting it...

    well, it's hard to tell you what i mean. Let me say it with picture. I increase the detail of the elephant ... manually rise the contrast to make it more stand out. Next, i add some kind of fog...not to thick. Add the the detail again by adding a high pass layer and blend it to hard light...
