    Thanks, okay i've just discovered the blend mode :-) , but "dissolve" does not do anything, should i still use the levels / brigthness&contrast to add the white color? With the brightness at 127 and contrast at 67, on a copy of the grass layer and the blend set to dissolve, here's what i end up...

    what do you mean? change the entire grass, or only the grass used for the white line? I cannot take another grass actually... Is there any good way to reduce the aspect that is a bit too straight on the line? So to have borders that look more random?
