    Quick mask anomaly

    I am using the brush tool to highlight an area in quickmask mode that I want to select. When I select an area, it does not completely cover the area...almost as if the opacity was less than 100%. I have opacity set for 100% and Flow set at 100% and am using a 100% hardness setting. I confirm...
