    Showing bone through skin

    Sorry that I have not explained enough. First I take the arm layer with the bone layer under it. I then erase part of the arm layer so that the bone is visible. Then I used the burn tool around the edges of the bone, and the upper picture was the result.

    I have been recently trying to simulate the appearance of rotting flesh or being able to see someones bone through their skin. I've done this with skulls on peoples faces but am having trouble with arms. Any suggestions for making the edges appear burnt around the bone so that it looks decently...
