    I love going to deviantart.com and looking through the brushes that have been uploaded by members. Some of them are gorgeous! I'd start here: http://www.deviantart.com/resources/applications/psbrushes/ Otherwise; google what kind of brush you're looking for; you'll come up with tons of links...

    I think they look pretty good! Maybe something to jazz them up a little bit, in the future, try using different textures to change the look of the backgrounds and such. There are lots on deviantart.com or you could try making your own with the pre-loaded patterns in Photoshop.

    I have to agree with the logo reflection; it is a little distracting. And the logo on the left hand side has the link border, which looks out of place to me. I like the lighter colours that you've used for the borders and text; it's easier to look at.
