    Best preset for film effect wedding photos?

    without image manipulations like retouching en masking etc. I would download Lightroom en in there its very user friendly to apply presets (including film effect) try it out or watch on youtube about it.

    and a close up how i did it: downloaded several textures and used a layer mask on several layers, containing the texture-instances with a layer-effect on it with the use of a self made brush to create the sand/cheesy effect on top. ofcourse i've used the bevel/embose effect to create depth...

    good method. but have you used "O" burn/dodge tool? much easier to work with than with a standard brush tool. with this tool you can isolate haires even with ease. set parameters relatively (burn(midtones) and set tolerance/sensitivity to 0-20 and softness of the brush to 80-90% burn tool...

    there is a software bundle called 'seperation studio' specially for making multicolour t-shirt imagery. there are some specifics you need to take in consideration before uploading the file to this program such as highlights and tonal gradations.
