    Uh wait, did you guys mean transparency lock on the brush itself or on the layer? I thought it was something to do with layer, so nevermind I've tried that as well unless it has something to do with layer.

    Finally, I managed to catch the interests of others and now we're all trying to piece this together. I did try to look at his settings when he switched between brushes and what not, and I've tried the settings that I could see. I don't think I've tried locking the transparency mode or whatever...

    I've asked three different people who use Photoshop, including the guy who made this video and I can still not figure out what type of tool with what settings it is that this artist is using, starting at 45 seconds into this video. The two friends I asked about this didn't seem to even notice...

    Lol, when I clicked this thread I expected to see an Alien landscape (as in the movie Alien) cause I was mixing it up in my head with LV-426.
