    Hi Thanks for all your responses. Pretty hot here today but gorgeous sunset tonight .. love your avatar paul. I have placed the 2 images on 2 separate layers with a layer mask on each .. made a selection around the edges where they join .. have the brush set to 70% opacity run the black brush...

    Hi I have been googling for over an hour now trying to find out how to blend several images to make soft edges between each other. All I have come up with super impose other images onto each other or put a feather around the edges. Appreciate any suggestions, thanks

    Photoshop - select - modify - border

    Hi .. do you think it is an opacity issue? I have cs4 and i dont use the brush tool to fill I just press Control (Windows) Command (Mac) and the delete key or backspace key on windows and it fills the selected area with the foreground colour. Hope this helps.
