Specific Please fix lazy eye and make eyes look directly at camera

Hi! I’ve tried working on this myself with the Lasso tool but Not sure how to move the pupils so my eyes are looking at the camera instead of above.

Please fix! I would appreciate it tremendously if I can have it in an hour or so.

I’ve tried working on this myself with the Lasso tool...

Maybe Lasso tool is unsuitable in this situation. I used the Clone Stamp Tool and used the Vertical mirror adjustment. I also angled the image so the eyebrows are lined with each other. After the work, I restored the original angle.
I mentioned above instructions if you want to try it yourself.

Maybe I'm wrong but looks like the big eye was touch up already? looks weird like someone made the lower part bigger with liquify or something... if that's the case I think its better to put the original and ask for bigger eyes.
