I dont think so, that the young woman had a false arm/hand.
I think she's holding a balloon between her thumb and index finger. The editing now makes it look like her thumb and index finger are together.
Also, the back of her hand seems to be missing.
This (and a few other mistakes) could certainly be corrected. Anyone who's interested is welcome to do so.
