1. Darken mountains. The left lower mountains are closest, making them darker but defined. The left upper mountains are dark, not quite as dark, and defined. The right upper mountains are darker, but more of a silhouette. Farthest away

2. Drop pelican 20%

3. Make sky a deeper blue. Brighten white clouds, but not as white as the sand.

4. Sharpen the image overall,

Comments. I am OK with the sand and shrubbery up to the water in my submitted photo. Don't change or crop any of that. The water is okay, but GeneGraphics's and Akshats first image is interesting and may be considered; I'd like to see them toned down a little. Babine's definition of the mountain on the left side is very good, but make the darks a little darker. The clouds need to be whiter, and the right side mountain needs to be a little darker.
 
How about this one? Just toned down a little bit. Just let me know if there's still need to change. Thank you!

I did a DM to Asahid. So far, it is close to what I'm looking for, with some adjustments needed. I'll keep you posted. Thanks, everyone.
