    Agree with IamSam, that image will be impossible to read. Your best bet would be to search for the information or a better quality picture. For example, that companies instagram has what look like it might be some of the info: https://www.instagram.com/dayelian_food/

    Trying to follow. Why is the sky missing? What drone are you using? You may be able to adjust the pano mode settings to add more rows or adjust the upward angle to include the sky. Trying to stitch a replacement sky seamlessly will be a bit of work.
