    CameraRaw is built in Photoshop plugin - Go to Filters > CameraRaw ( Not sure about CS5 - that was some time ago ) Nik filters - https://nikcollection.dxo.com/ - now I see are bought by DXO and stopped to being free but there is 30-day trial ( Again not sure about CS5 support ;/ )

    Sorry @Eggy you're right :) Here goes the steps: 1. I converted necklace into smart Object to apply blur non destructively. 2. Used Gaussian blur just a little to match blur of image ( more or less) 3. Added curves layer and clipped it to necklace layer ( Alt+G or Alt+Click between layers) 4...

    Uded Dust&Scratches filter, then Define from Nik Collection and a little luminance noise removal from CameraRaw. also a little blur of background ;) In situations like this, when noise doesn't create pattern you will almost always loose details.

    If you want not exactly the same effect but automated I made a simple action for you: before: and after: It will not work on every image, but maybe help you in some way ;) PS. You can apply it several times to get more visible result ;)

    Here is my attempt, tried to remove the glare and photo texture. Little work on L channel in LAB mode, using false flats and several random techniques but there is a loss in detail, but maybe someone will have better results.
