    A HUGE amount of noise after Camera Raw Smart Filter

    not sure what is going on inthis image, but will throw in my 2 cents worth. Camera Raw Image proceessor shows the full image at the shot resolution of the camera. but of you are opening it in a smaller format than shot, it may be one cause. so just check on that.
