Specific Blend photos to look more realistic

Can you please attach the original photo of the dog before you made any changes to it or attempted to isolate him? The photo you attached is very hard to work with.

    Specific Baby alone and smiling

Here's a landscape version of mine, with his original facial expression restored.

    Specific Remove person

I was having a hard time filling-in all the grass behind the guy on the right, so I used an entirely new background shot from a similar spot.

    Specific Baby alone and smiling

Here he is by himself. I did very little on his smile because too much of that will look unnatural. Also attaching a cropped version.

Help needed with cropping an image to fit in a frame cutout.

There are several ways to do this, such as activating the Ruler and adding Guides at precisely measured places. But Photoshop also has a grid that can be superimposed onto your image to aid in placement, which is very easy to do and I think could work well here. Go to View>Show>Grid. This gives...

    What Did I Do?

Sorry, I can't figure out how to do it. I've tried every filter and layer blend mode combination I can think of, but I can't match to the latest image you posted (the intermediate step). And from there, I can't get the sharp angles and jagged shards in your end state. Brightening the colors is...

    What Did I Do?

I have CS5. Is the starting image you posted exactly the same one that you converted to image #2? I can get halfway there, but I can't figure out exactly what you did. I took your first image and went to Filter>Pixelate>Crystallize. I used a cell-size setting of 200 (this setting depends on...

    Can't get clear image!

You can remove the blurriness with a Levels adjustment. Open a Levels adjustment layer. Move the Black slider to the right and then move the White slider to the left, as shown in the screenshot below (see red arrows). This forces the fuzzy midtones to be either pure black or pure white and...

Anyone Know How to Fix My Display?

Thanks, John. That fixed it! I tried to query the problem but didn't know how to phrase my request.

Anyone Know How to Fix My Display?

I have Windows 10. Had some computer issues today and called Tech Support, who corrected the problem remotely. However, I now see a display issue that wasn't there previously. When I try to open an image file, the icons for PNG and JPG used to display a thumbnail of the actual image. But now...

    Specific Making someone shorter

Perhaps I have completely misunderstood the request. I thought the goal was to make the man appear to be about 1.5 feet tall. I guess, we'll see what happens when the OP returns.

    Specific Speech bubble removal please

For my first pass, I selected the oval shape of the bubble, copied that to a new layer and changed the blend to Multiply. That did a very good job of restoring the underlying colors, leaving only the text and stroke to deal with. I wonder what AI would do if you start it off with the Multiply...
