    I think that with the new Brush manager in 2018 you can do it without having to create a brush preset - have a look at this Brush manager. I am at work at the moment so cant watch it with sound so I am not sure if it is the best video - however if you Google search Brush manager Photoshop 2018...

    I am curious what your camera set up is. I am assuming that you are leaving a lot of stuff on Auto? I as this because the inherent noise that is in your last picture is probably as a result of too high an ISO setting. There are benefits in that you can use higher shutter speeds in low light...
