    How about creating a document that is exactly the size you need? It should be the right size when you print it. Go to FILE>NEW, then type in the exact dimensions (select inches) that you need. Then make your image fit those dimensions. When you go to print it, the pop-up window should show you...

    Ivan, Welcome to the forum. If you're trying to copy a certain style, I recommend sketching out a design, scanning or photographing that image, and then loading it into Photoshop on its own layer to be your sketching guide. Agent

    .... this picture accompanied an article on Yahoo this morning. The reflection of the BOEING name and logo seem suspiciously perfect in the water on the ground. Just thought it looked a little shopped. Any other opinions? Agent

    Onion Domes.

    I would draw half of an onion dome with the pen tool, then duplicate the layer, flip it, and merge the two, in Photoshop. If you have illustrator, you can get better results.
